    People are just trying to show SONY that if they sell something, THEY DO NOT OWN IT ANYMORE.

    If I buy a dildo & make a hat out of it, does the company who made that dildo come & go "Hey, the dildo is not for that! See you in court."?

    Of course not. It's utterly preposterous. And not just because I used a dildo as an example.
